You use 2 fingers, one above and one below.

What is the index fletch?
The different looking fletch.
One of the three fletches.

What is the nocking point?
A little plastic clip on the end of the arrow that grabs the string.
A little plastic bit on the end of the arrow.
The little pastic tip on the end of an arrow that clips onto the string loosely.
Which way is your arm rotated when you release an arrow?
Normally, but as far from the arrow as possible.
