3 now do 15 press ups 15 star jumps 15 crunches..... how do you feel?
4 do 30 seconds of sprinting on the spot and punching the air followed by 30 sit ups dont cheat.... how do you feel now?
5 now do 20 crunches then 20 press ups followed by 35 seconds of sprinting on the spot and GET THOSE KNEES UP..... how do you feel?
